I attended this surgery before my wedding to have my teeth cleaned, whitened and to have a denture made for a missing tooth. All for my wedding in October 2019. I found the two dentists that I came in contact with to be inexperienced. Often asking the dental nurse for their opinion. I was also seen by the dentist who owns the practise so she could upsell me to a more expensive denture. When I recieved my denture it was loose but I was time poor and didn't have any time to waste. I felt I could wear it for my wedding and come back and get it tightened afterwards. I could even wear my plate to eat. I couldn't even really talk with it in, without it falling out. I wore it for me wedding photos.And for the ceremony and had to remove it for fear of choking. I haven't worn it since. I contacted the clinic for a refund. I also wrote an email. With no written response to my request. This is not satisfactory. I am only giving one star becaus I have to select a star to make this post. I would like my refund on $1500 that I spent on it. I have moved to Victoria, so there is no possible way of coming back for you to refit me. Very unsatisfactory dental care and I would think twice about attending this clinic.
