I had a very unpleasant experience with this Dental Surgery, I had a large scale dental procedure to remove an infection a wisdom tooth and a back molar, the infection was very deep and so it was a relatively serious procedure, I asked for antibiotics in the aftermath of the surgery but I was told it was unnecessary and that the infection had been eradicated, by the next day I had came down with full blown fever and infection complications, however I did receive the antibiotics I needed promptly when the symptoms were explained to the dentist,
In an any case the main problem I had with this establishment began with the receptionist Juliette, when I explained that I felt I should have received antibiotics before the onset of the infection complications she replied rudely with the phrase "whatever" I was flabbergasted by the response but I didn't make an official complaint as I was still in discomfort and needed to attend the dentist again, the rude and unpleasant behavior continued on my next attendance, when she made a rude and unnecessary comment about my 3 year old son who had repeated a phrase several times, my wife who was there at this time also found her tone and demeanor highly unprofessional, overall I would not recommend this establishment and I would not return mainly because of my experience at the hands of rude and unprofessional receptionist Juliette.
