Even as an adult I have been scared to visit the dentist, however Fernando at Rokeby Dental has totally curved my fear. Fernando has a confidence that immediately makes you feel that you are in great hands.He took total control and just did what had to be done, with none of the up-sell.
I have been avoiding the dentist for a while as I was told removing my wisdom tooth was going to be expensive and complicated. I was told it had to be done surgically bla bla bla so of course I have avoided it for as long as I could. BUT due to it becoming infected and so painful I had no choice.
I called Rokeby and they listened and did their best to squeeze me, after understanding the pain and me begging for their help.
I walked in yesterday with the worst pain and fear and walked out in less than an hour with none. Fernando had taken a 3d scan, assessed me and and removed my infected wisdom tooth stress free. I paid for a two hour parking ticket, but was back in my car within an hour!
The staff are all professional, considerate and follow through on promises.
I even received an unexpected call from them this morning just to make sure all was good.
