The problem with this place is they have been around a long time and became complacent. We saw 2 dentists and the male one was very problematic. My 6yo was anxious about the treatment and he said i need to consider that it was maybe i was fussing over him. His tone towards me was extremely patronizing. After they wouldnt allow me to help him be comfortable, the dentist wouldnt proceed saying he needs full cooperation from a 6 yo, otherwise he would get bitten. Mind you he was in the chair and mouth open, just making anxious sounds. Finally he suggested we go to a private pediatric dentist with months waitlist and a $1000 anaesthetic fee, when we came in on dental benefits, and said something like "we are not charging you for today, usually im making $400 (or something) an hour" to make me feel like i got something for free. We went to a different dentist and was in and out in 30mins no problems whatsoever. Avoid this out of touch service.
I wish to thank Peter McCarrey and his Team, more than a Specialist Medico, GP, doctor and his expertise. I am grateful to be able see Dr McCarrey with his quality time, his amazing skill to be able to address health, medical, medication and mental health issues and communicate - it is appreciated, it is a life changer.
