Can not thank the dentists and staff enough for the tremendous work and support when it came to my appointments. I am very nervous and the entire team made the treatment such a smooth process. Happy to say that I am no longer as nervous when it comes to my teeth.
We are very annoyed with Dr McHugh. Inconsistent and confusing treatments for my wife's implants were suggested over several months. We requested a written prognosis, treatment summary and costs but this was not given. We didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. My wife has gone elsewhere to another clinic and is happy with their politeness, communication and professionalism.
