I'll start by saying that I don't go to the dentist. I would agree to step inside a Syrian "interrogation" centre before I would go to a dentist. So imagine my horror when I found out I needed a root canal treatment. Fortunately I was treated by Dan Farmer at Adelaide Endodontic Specialists. Dan is quiet, calm and professional.
There's a bit of discomfort when the anaesthetic goes in and that's it. But as Dan said, "think about your breathing, breathe slowly". It works!
The treatment involves some scraping and vibration but that's all. There is NO pain.
I lay there with my eyes shut and thought about being somewhere nice! That worked too.
If you need this type of treatment, I cannot recommend Dan Farmer highly enough. I assume his colleagues are first rate as well.
