The receptionist at Ricci dental clinic - hope valley is very unproffesional. I went there for my son’s regular tooth checkup. We were dealt with rude behaviour and were being felt all the time that we have done some mistake by coming there. She mentioned that we have some communication problems and haven’t notified her that the child had some medical rebate. However, we received a text from Ricci dental that we guys have concession and were asked to book an appointment.
Regardless of that, i’l give 5 out of 5 for the dentist. They are sweet and very professional. My kid loved the dentist Dr Ioana.
