We are usual customers...
In the first impression of this place is beautiful and food is delicious. But.
1. Customer service: Terrible, nasty. The blond old woman from the corner of the kitchen pointed us with her finger where she wanted us to sit, we couldn't seat where we wanted even if the place was EMPTY! the experience is not great as you feel like In school, not even said hello to us, so rude, and bossy. Then my hubby went to register to order and pay and was ignored by her and the barista girl about 10 minutes in front of them. Then he paid and she asked him to leave the menu there, so he left it where the menus were, but she screamed to him saying that she wanted the menu in another place, basically she told off my husband, lol, we think probably she is family with the friendly owner....
2. They didn't give us cutlery before the food was delivered
3. No music, so there is not a great atmosphere in the place.
4. Restaurant empty and our food 2 nutella crepes took 23 minutes!
5. There isn't any one that say hi to new customers coming in, not welcoming and if you want that people wait to be seated just put a poster saying that and hire some body to seat people, instead of pointing people where to seat.
Very good food when the blond lady makes it or the owner, but the venue is not only about food, there is a lot coming from backyard of the place.
Treat your customers better!!! Say Hi!!! Ask a question!! Give them cuttlery! Be nice to old people and wheelchair people! Come on!
