Like many others The Brownie Studio is an outcome of the pandemic driven lockdowns in Sydney, Australia. We come from very humble beginnings but strive to create and grow a community of brownie enthusiasts, ones just like us.
Our goal with The Brownie Studio is to pioneer the art of baking a perfect brownie and also have some fun with it. Our vision with the brand and product has been to bring people together over the one common thing to most, a dessert! In saying that, we want to explore different flavour notes of an authentic brownie or blondie and fuse them with an aromatic and vibrant alcoholic beverage to bring a greater lift to your brownie experience.
