Went for an MRI last week and I was informed my report will be finalised and sent to my doctor no later than Monday as it was getting done Monday morning. I called again Friday just to double check and be sure I can book an appointment with my GP for Monday. I had my appointment Monday 6pm with my doctor and he still didn’t have my report. Not only was it a waste of time booking an appointment but results for any kind of tests make people anxious and having to wait another couple days to get results it very nerve racking. If they can’t produce the report on time they shouldn’t promise you it will be done on a particular day. I only gave 2 stars as the ladies who conducted my MRI were very nice.
