About Umbrella Disability Services
Umbrella Disability Services was founded in 2018 by four Disability Support Workers with a passion for quality support and care who had become exceedingly frustrated with general organisation practices, since then we have established ourselves as on of the most prominent, emerging disability providers bore from shared-passion and vision of an inclusive industry.
Our experienced team have seen first-hand and learned the difficulties these organisation faced on a daily basis.
We are inclusive in our service delivery and relationship-based approach to all participants (people with disability, young people and children in Out Of Home Care, their families and communities).

14 Apr 2020At Umbrella we are adhering to current government measures:
Wash your hands regularly:
These simple steps can help to protect yourself and the community.
Practice good hygiene by
making sure to clean your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub
cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with a tissue or a flexed elbow
avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.
Make sure you stay home if you are sick.
Social distancing:
Social distancing means we reduce the number of close physical and social contacts we have. Combined with good personal hygiene, social distancing can slow the spread of a pandemic through the community.
This helps protect the most vulnerable members of the community and reduces the impact of the pandemic on essential, life-saving health services.
How and when to self-isolate
You need to self-isolate in your home or hotel room if you have been
ordered to quarantine
diagnosed with COVID-19
in contact with a person sick with COVID-19 infection.
How to take care of your mental health
Take care of your mental health by staying connected, exercising, sticking to a routine, taking breaks from the news and social media, and asking for help when you need it.
Your safety remains our priority during the COVID-19 pandemic. Immediate and ongoing support is available to everyone in NSW to help them through difficult times.
