How can we help?

At Suitsme, we concentrate on helping people with their mental health so we learn how to provide really good support when you need it. That is why we offer a flexible and prompt service:
Book at short notice
No wait lists
No cancellation fee
If you cancel a session with at least eight hours’ notice, then you won’t be charged
No notice period to end a service agreement
To join Suitsme you must have an NDIS plan, live in Perth and be over the age of 16.
How we work
You’re always in the driver’s seat. That is what makes Suitsme different from a lot of other services. First, you decide on the workers that suits you best. Then, we use a co-design approach to figure out how we can best work together. It’s about you sharing with us what you want, because you know what’s best for you. This article explains a bit more about it.
Getting started
The Suitsme app makes it quick and easy for you to take control of your own arrangements – choose who you would like to work with, when and where you want your sessions, and how you’d like to work together. Change your arrangements at any time. Setting up the app is very simple but let us know if you need help.
Choosing a support team
Our support workers all have knowledge of mental health; they are checked, screened and hired by Suitsme. Many workers include their credentials in the “About me” section of their app profile, along with all their personal details so you can check out and select the workers you think will be a good match. We have come up with some guidelines to ensure you have the best experience with your support worker. And if you decide you want a change, you can do that on the app at any time.
How we charge
Suitsme charges in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Our rates can vary based on time of day and what support you are accessing. Our weekday rate for core support is $64.04 per hour. Check our current pricing.
Operating hours
Suitsme operates from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. If you have core support funding, you can book a worker any time during our operating hours. If you have potential building funding, you can book a worker on weekdays.
