THE SALEYARDS DISTILLERY WAS FOUNDED IN EARLY 2017, IN THE ICONIC 1886 SALEYARDS HOTEL IN ROCKHAMPTON, CENTRAL QUEENSLAND. NOT LONG AFTER, THE BEAUTIFUL COPPER POT STILLS WERE INSTALLED AND THE TEAM WENT TO WORK ON THEIR CRAFT AND PASSION. AND SO IT ALL BEGAN.
FAST FORWARD A COUPLE OF YEARS THE PASSIONATE, DEDICATED TEAM HAVE CREATED SOME PREMIUM, AWARD WINNING SPIRITS. WITH CONTINUING GROWTH AND SUCCESS OVER THE YEARS THE TEAM HAVE EXPANDED THEIR OPERATIONS FROM ROCKHAMPTON DOWN SOUTH TO BURLEIGH HEADS.
