Darwin Distilling Co is a Northern Territory
distillery founded in January 2020 by
Rebecca Bullen, a passionate
entrepreneur and a botanical lover.
Bec regularly goes out foraging to harvest
uniquely territorian botanicals as well as
working with various communities to bring
local but exotic flavour to our spirits .
Our first release was the Darwin Signature
Gin with the crocodile on its label, as when
we out foraging we did come across a few!
Beyond her passion for distilled beverages,
Bec has opened a wonderful venue called
Charlies of Darwin where the distillery is co
located.
