About JimmyRum Distillery
We are Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. We are on a mission to show you what rum and cane spirits can be with our distinctive and delicious spirits. We think rum has been misunderstood for far too long & we want to share with you the diversity and quality of rum.
Our distillery and cocktail bar is a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike. We’ve put together a unique, beautiful space that is an extension of home, where families (including the fur kind) can gather, in the midst of a working distillery. Set anchor in our cosy bar with our stunning still, 1500 litre Matilda, only metres away.
