This has got to be the most anti RV-campervan council in the country and possibly the world! The rangers are like pack wolves, mostly arrogant with authoritive attitude . The accomodation industry in this town is using council to chase campervans out of town costing the local economy millions as small businesses of all sorts miss out on our dollars.
City has few toilets or water taps. All this council cares about is themselves and their developer mates and big hotels.
If you're thinking of coming here to visit... DON'T. Spend your dollars were you are welcomed and not made to feel like a criminal just because you choose to sleep in your camper and not pay for overpriced below average hostels, motels or caravan parks. Would give this place a zero if I could. Sorry but very dissatisfied disappointed and let down by this soul-less expensive city thumbs down all the way... from a seasoned traveller
