I rang the council on sunday to report a broken drinking fountain that could not be turned off and was put through to the after hours services. The after service lady required my name, contact number and address. when i asked why she needed all this info (as i didnt feel giving my address was necessary) she got angry and said "fine i won't do anything about it" and hung up on me. I'm disappointed because now they have left a leaking tap wasting god knows how much water simply because I didn't feel comfortable giving out all my information. They have their priorities backwards.
