Caring, helpful & friendly staff who I genuinely felt were concerned about my and others welfare. A hard place to get ones head around, and requires commitment and strength beyond strength. But if it is at all possible, this is the crowd to do it with.
Had a very horrible experience with this place. Was booked in on a Monday for a 5 day stay detoxing from alcohol. I received a text message 2 hours prior to admission saying my stay had been canceled. Called them to ask when I could rebook my stay and Didn’t receive a phone call back till the following day. They then re-booked me in for Thursday (3 days later) ..as I had stopped drinking a few days before the Monday I was supposed to arrive they would not allow me to stay on the Thursday as I had not had a drink in 6 days they said I would of needed to have had a drink within a day or two before Thursday to be admitted! I genuinely needed help with my withdrawals and my mindset and I was pushed away as if they didn’t care. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism in this place, The lady I had spoke to on the Wednesday the day before my arrival asked when my last drink was and I had told her “5 days ago” she then replied “that’s great well done we will see you tomorrow”. Absolute waste of time and energy wouldn’t recommend this place from my experience at all.
