Receptionist is so rude and even she does not answer and disconnect the phone . if you try to call again then she put phone on engage mode... very rude. I try to call back 10 times but she didnt answer even i was not new patient . I saw Dr.Last month and my GP said go back to him as my case still open with him . He need to give me report after this appointment but she didnt listen and straight away disconnect my phone.
