Waited 30 minutes for my appointment - that's ok, I understand that sometimes clinics run slow. However when my friend went and was 5-10 minutes late for her appointment, they told her they would have to reschedule it and she would have to pay for both appointments...
My appointment was with a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. I don't recall being told this and I was under the impression she was a doctor. No disrespect to nurses I just wish they were more clear about this. Also I dont understand why the nurse practitioner is the same rate as the doctor?
I asked for two different prescriptions including an IUD prescription and wasn't given either. I was given false information regarding where I could get an IUD prescription and where I could get the insertion (I have since been told you can get all of these things at Bauhinia clinic). My appointment went for 25 minutes instead of 20 (apparently) and I was charged $125 instead of $85. Again, where is the clarity on this? Had I known I simply would've spoken faster.
I got told I had results that were non urgent and I called to tell them I wasn't happy with their service therefore I would not be booking with them again so if they could give me my results without an appointment I'd appreciate it, considering something is wrong? They told me no id have to book an appointment. Crazy.. they're my results, aren't I entitled to them? Especially if something has come up with my results.
So basically I really wouldn't recommend this place considering I waited, over paid, was given little to no information on what I came in for and then also given completely false information on what is a sensitive subject, then refused my own results. I will have to go to another clinic to have the exact same consultation. So basically the whole consultation was redundant and cost me double (: enjoy.
Had to use their pathology services for blood tests for the first time when my usual one was closed, they failed to forward results to my doctor and I returned to enquire about my results?
The receptionist was rude and just keep saying would’ve gone back to my doctor and refused to understand that it hasn’t
