I talked to Dr Eliza Hannam when my newborn was about a week old - my only wish is I'd reached out to Eliza earlier. I have a three year old and thought that breastfeeding a second time would be less painful, but it wasn't. It turns out I'd forgotten how to position a newborn and Eliza helped me to relearn this - she was a huge help, giving practical tips that made sense and the small adjustments she recommended made breastfeeding comfortable again. I've now been happily breastfeeding fot two months pain-free.
