1 star for staff at front desk, always rude over the phone and in person!

Its so Sad to put a 2 star to this Surgery :( The 3 Doctors in this Surgery are very very Good and Really a very Professional and Caring and Supportive. But the Front desk Receptionist , I need to named them as the other Receptionist there are a life saver but this particular 2 that I could consider incompetent this "Katie"? and this other one name Wendy. This Katie last year make an appointment for me in Benson radiologist and send me to be treated not what it needed , Lucky enough I ask and the Lady in Woodville Benson Radiologist check. But I let it go as My Dr. apologist in behalf of this Katie the front desk receptionist. Now this "Wendy " I ring to make an appointment to see My regular Doctor she made me wait for ages and sound not so happy and she is getting frustrated and saying she is so confused of a simple appointment I'm requesting for her to book me On the 11th of Feb. to see Dr. Schultz for a review of my present sickness, if his available would really help me as I have some past result that I missed cause I did not managed to attend as family circumstances that out in my hand. this Wendy started to complain sarcastically that the Dr. Im requesting is fully book as I already know that so I ask if any of the 3 is okey but I would need to Book to see Dr. Schultz in later early date if his available as I really needed to see him for my other result at last appointment. then she is not only not helpful that at that time I'm still recovering from tremendous body sore and headache IV in my right arms, and this receptionist lady so not supportive and sarcastic is in the other line complaining switching me off and on in the phone as she is very confused to do the booking. and Today February 11, 2021 I attend to my appointment in this surgery my headache is not just 10/10 but 20/20 lucky enough I checked with this receptionist Wendy about my next appointment on the 24th of February if any chances to see if I could get the 22th of February that she offers me first before she switch me off and talk to this "Katie" as who she called today to decide If I could even get an appointment because she just have no idea if she did put me down or not. so this katie comes out like she think she owns the place so sarcastic not so friendly and observance if the patient in front of her suffering with somewhat pain comes out saying we cant book you , Dr. Schultz is all fully book , looking at the booking record , if I dont pay attention to the date on that day when I speak to this wendy this katie would just shut me off lucky I remember the date, the katie look at the date of 24th of February trying to by pass my name that this wendy written in wrong spelling that I been going to this surgery for more than 20 yrs, how could this wendy write it wrong that I'm in the record, so immediately this katie corrected the wrong writing of this wendy and both of them trying to be so knacky, sarcastic not apologizing that this wendy write my name wrong in the booking and this katie just so called her self helping me while she is making me so frustrated as the attitude of this both front desk receptionist named "katie" and "wendy "are just so incompetent, sarcastic, actually rude and not helpful. This surgery ruin it Reputation of being Positive and Professional Health Provider because of this 2 receptionist. So sad because they 2 can be only in Good face if they like to be, that make them so unprofessional and incompetent to Care and Help the people that is sick and already suffering that visit this clinic.
