Been going here since I was a child and still travel to continue to go to this clinic in my 30's and my daughter of 5 is been a patient here since birth , small practice but great doctors and friendly receptionist that are always that extra helpful to me and I notice put alot if care n consideration towards their elderly or special care patients , my doctor is normal running late but I think the waits worth it rather than see another doctor that rushes his patients so he can run on schedule and finish on time , it shows he cares for his patients to me and while waiting I observe the relationship s between the receptionist's and other patients and it outstanding .
This clinic needs to review the after hours sevice being offered by the locum practice as I rang on Saturday approx 0915hrs was told to ring after 1200hrs due to Gov. fees situation okay rang after 1200hrs and rang over three times over 20 minutes each call until I was answered by a female who took every detail possible then was told at approx 1300 h rs there was a 4 hour delay for a doctor well here it is 1730hours no sight of any qualified person REALLY NEED TO GET A LOCUM SERVICE THAT CAN ACT WITH A MODICUM OF ALACRITY WHEN PEOPLE NEED A DOCTOR WE DO NOT WANT TO CLUTTER UP THE HOSPITAL BUT THEIR TRIAGE NURSES SEEM BETTER EQUIPED THAN THIS LOCUM SERVICE NO WONDER THAT HOSPITALS ARE COMPLAINING. We now have a time of 1800hrs and tried ringing for over three times again each over ten minute intervals NO ANSWER but the same repetitive music designed to urge you to go out and kill the person who put it on the locums answering
