A disappointing experience. Multiple clarifications required of a single product order to obtain the right item and then being told that although we were quoted trade price for an item we had to pay full retail price as we didn't have an account. What made matters worse was that the retail price at Corinthians is 30% higher for the same product then compared to retail at Bianco or Bunnings and by far a lot dearer than our trade accounts in the above mentioned suppliers. The only reason we purchased today was time constraints to get a job done.
Never again. Will not be back and will be seeking alternative brands for all our future contruction projects.
