We then had an issue with an old door handle which John kindly attended to, was very flexible with timing his visit and went over and above to help us fix our issue - well outside normal business hours. When it came to the fitment our door frames were quite out of square, Tim spent a lot of extra time making adjustments ensuring the fitment was very reasonable.
