We ummed and ahhed about what to do for birth education, after a bad hospital experience and so many telling me how out dated their classes were I knew we needed more to be prepared for our first birth experience, iv followed marley for a while on instagram and really loved her content and how educated and informed she was over so many different subjects that hospitals and drs just skim over so you don't get the full picture on all the pros and cons.
After our 2 sessions we both felt so at ease and like we were so informed for any outcome and any decision we would be faced with.
My partner is so much more confident in all the ways he can support me during labour tips and tricks he will be able to just go ahead and suggest instead of standing back not really knowing how to help. Also he feels confident in being able to make decisions regarding the care of myself and our baby in the unfortunate event that I was to be unconscious

Hubby and I did birth education sessions with Marley from Mothering the Mama and they were wonderful.
