Steve and James were an absolute Godsend. My wife and I recently moved from the city to Lower Chittering and talk about being a fish out of water. Anything that could go wrong went wrong, culminating in our Submersible Bore/Pump breaking down. You can imagine being on acreage without water is not the ideal situation, especially when you are now relying on one rainwater tank to service the whole house and gardens. I proceeded to call a company who came out and charged me $420 just to pull the pump out of the bore. After a few days, I called them to find out an eta for repairs. To my shock horror, they advised me that apart from the motor being unrepairable my existing Bore Hole was not serviceable and that I would require a new hole to be drilled (35 meters deep) which they informed me that don't do. They said that they knew of someone in the area that could possibly help but I was looking at big $$$$.
Talk about an answer to prayer! I was lead to Steve of Aquarian Drilling who instantly reassured me over the phone, that if the pump came out the Bore Hole it was definitely serviceable. Steve organised a new motor and pump for me and together with his son James had the bore operating in timely fashion and without any fuss. Even hip surgery wouldn't stop Steve from taking care of business. What truly impressed me about Steve and James, was their honesty and genuine caring attitude, something that unfortunately is lacking/missing in many trades today. The price for repairs was also a fraction of the cost of what I originally was quoted by the other company. I will definitely be calling on Steve and James again and will be highly recommending them to family and friends. God bless Aquarian Drilling.
I have used Steve for my property at Morley, Thought I needed a new bore but he got it going for a call out fee and that was 2 years ago and still going strong, He then fixed my Nephews at Forrest Lakes 4 months ago and now my mums at Willetton, its a pleasure to deal with him and highly recommend him.
