After being hung out to dry by my first instructor & badly failing the exam, losing all confidence & then having other instructors give me 1 lesson only to tell me they're not interested in teaching me (if they responded at all), Head-Rite took me on when nobody else would. Kylie gets things done come hell or high water & was always there to push things along. She listened to my story & paired me with Scott whose incredible communication & ability to make a joke out of almost anything, helped me finally get my head around things I've struggled with for years.
Their readiness & eagerness to help made it feel almost more like a group of freinds who have your back, & their approach in my experience was more than just about teaching to drive, it was about empowering for life. Something my instructor Scott felt very strongly about.
They take the time to get to know you & figure out what's going to work best, & I can't recommend them highly enough! You guys rock & I'm genuinely going to miss my lessons. :)
Steve the instructor was great, however the rest of our experience i believe is a scam. My daughter is not a perfect driver but how can she be expected to perform let alone pass when 2 different instructors teach different methods that contradict one another and then deny it. Very quick to ask for payment all upfront then dodge responsibility for the lack of guidance provided.
