Phoned up to book for driving examination, was promised a call back in “around an hours time” no call back at all……Rang back the next day to again make a booking and ask why I didn’t receive a phone back he Andrew laughed down the phone and told me “I don’t need to call you back, that’s just what I tell people to get them off the phone” I’m sure he didn’t want to do my driving test because I didn’t want any lessons, so he’s making less money…
