Looking for a new dry cleaner to do regular (weekly) service I came to your shop today. I am still stunned by the dismissive and rude way I was treated and spoken to. I asked for a price which was not quoted until I provided my personal details. I provided those. You then quoted me the most ridiculous price. Yes I walked out after I questioned the price and was told abruptly to go elsewhere. You have the right to charge what you want, it’s your business but the way I was treated was disgusting. I have had these items dry cleaned on a regular basis at many different outlets for a consistent price. I found another dry cleaner not 10 minutes from you who was happy to provide me with a sensible quote. $25 versus your quote of $44. You might want to check what your competition charges.
