About Empty Basket Mobile Laundry Service
All the services we conduct are in a simple process.
Once you become a client, you get a regular schedule for a weekly/fortnightly/monthly or casual pick-up day according to your suburb.
On your pick-up day, we ask you to leave your full basket at your doorstep and we pick it up from 4:30pm. (depending on your suburb)
You will receive a message once services are done with an invoice of the quoted price. Services are to be paid before delivery. A pick-up and delivery fee of $7.00 is added to the invoice.
Your “Empty Basket” (clothes) will be ironed/dry-cleaned/washed, dry, folded (depending on what you have chosen), and delivered back to your address the next day. If you aren’t home, we will drop it off in the safest place possible.
