Stelios was very knowledgeable and supportive on trialling the elimination diet. It was helpful receiving written recipes and ideas to get the process started. Great to find someone who provoded much more than just the food pyramid. He was always on time and I received text reminders of appointments which is always helpful. Overall I would recommend this service.
