About Statewide Vision Resource Centre
The Statewide Vision Resource Centre (SVRC) supports Victorian children and young people who are blind or partially sighted to access and engage with school-based learning. It does this by providing students with specialised teaching, support, materials and technologies. It also equips school staff, Visiting Teachers and families across Victoria by providing personalised advice, training and resources.
SVRC was established in 1983 and is funded and governed by the Victorian Department of Education and Training.
