About Bekya Gateway
At BEKYA we provide traditional Egyptian food with a modern twist, colourful, healthy, slow cooked but served quick. We serve up a range of made-to-order Egyptian Wraps, Plates and our signature dish, Koshari. Never microwaved!
We marinate our meats in secret sauce for 6 hours. We speed up the slow cooking process by using the sous-vide method to ensure the flavour remains intensive yet the meat remains moist. We finish our skewers by char grilling it over volcanic rock.
