I bought a Siemens dishwasher in July 2017. It came with a 5 year guarantee and has served me well in that time. I was dismayed when the heating pump gave out, 9 days after the warranty expired.
When the lovely service engineer from Perth Dishwashers in Canning Vale arrived to repair my machine, he gave me the number for Siemens and told me to call them and to my delight, they promptly agreed to carry out the repairs under warranty without a quibble! Thank you Siemens and Perth Dishwashers! Excellent Customer Service like this is hard to find and really has to be celebrated and broadcast!
ridiculous service.
So many divisions within there company and each staff member you deal with are rude and keep transferring you through another division.
If your objective is not to help your customers whilst losing sales im sure you will exceed expectations and budgets.
If no stars could be given it would be no stars from me.
