About NRMA Charging Station
The NRMA Electric Vehicle Fast Charger (50 kW) at Bathurst, NSW have both CCS2 or CHAdeMO plug types, which are compatible with most electric vehicles.
The NRMA has installed Bathurst’s first universal electric vehicle fast charging station at Bathurst Visitor’s Information Centre.
The fast charger will allow most EV motorists to charge almost all makes and models of EVs in about 30 minutes. Standard public EV chargers take between three and six hours, and existing charging stations in Bathurst have so far only catered for Teslas.
The station has been installed alongside other EV chargers at Bathurst Showground.
