Terrible company. Unfortunately, our real estate agent uses this company (as they are a cheap option), so we've been stuck with them for a couple of years now. In that time, they've had to come to our house THREE separate times already, mainly to fix their own issues that THEY created.
Despite this, our A/C STILL isn't working, yet it's under warranty, and they've just been ignoring all emails and calls for many months now. It's now extremely hot, and apparently EVERY single person at the company is away on holiday (you can't make this up lol), so we're apparently going to have to wait until summer is actually over before it's going to be fixed.
Very, VERY unprofessional company.
They are rude, they don't respond to emails, even high priority ones, and they even rocked up at our house once and climbed into our roof, WITHOUT NOTIFYING US AT ALL!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT.
