Blunt, rude - answers the phone and talks to you like you're a telemarketer wasting their time. Didn't end up using their service because of that fact. If that's how they treat potential customers I don't think I'd want to use them either.
Called guy for quote to fix a power problem for a client and he was very rude told me that I'm doing illegal wiring etc, all I wanted was a quote not a mouth full from a guy I never met! Amazing that the whole world is full of businesses like this! Poor form, not recommended to anyone. Don't us unless you want to have the same horrible experience.
