I wouldn't even rate them 1 star! Rude rude rude! Dont worry they will be lovely when booking in a time to get the work - but on the day the trades people (the owner) will threaten you "i take no notice of your time constraints i will be here as long as i want or you'll have no power!!" No people skills what so ever!! Sorry mate all i asked was roughly how long you'll be?
Terrible business. Unfortunately, I can't give them zero stars.
They recommended a replacement dishwasher that ended up needing a cold tap installed (I wouldn't have selected that freaking dishwasher that couldn't be installed as I wanted to use what was already there). Straight up bad advice from people who are meant to be experts. So, had to get a plumber in to install the tap. The plumber even mentioned on the invoice that the dishwasher wasn't installed correctly in the first place. Over $150 to fix THEIR MISTAKE. Why would they recommend a dishwasher that needs additional work?! What's wrong with them?! They lack common sense, criminal and overpriced. I would caution ever going with them. There are many other businesses in Darwin who would more helpful and honest.
