I have bought CRS products for about 4 years now. I've spent hundreds, maybe even thousands, of dollars. As a loyal and good customer, today I was called, berated and accused of all matter of things, from the owner when I mentioned that an accessory worth as much the radio it was servicing fell out constantly. The rubber on the connection had softened significantly over a few years and my supplier was as puzzled as I was. Instead of asking questions to clarify the issue, allegations of fraud were made. I don't like being bullied and will never buy one of their products ever again.
