Been going to this place for years. Always had friendly, professional service with minimum wait times. Costs always seem to be slightly cheaper than other dentists I've been to. Would recommend as a place to get your routine checkups and cleaning done and any simple procedures.
The dentists skills are excellent. The downside from this clinic is not really good time management. I used to wait for 45 mins from the booking time. I've experienced not for one time only, but every time I had the appointment. One day I left without attending my appointment at 4.45pm, I saw another patient was just called at that time by the same dentist with me. Can you imagine how long you will wait from the booked time when another patient just come in?? For me, it's unprofessional! The receiptionist lady wasn't on her desk (I've realised that most of the time she's not stand by on her desk, oh well!) and didn't explain anything to me. Great skills but poor waiting time and customer service.
