An excellent team of people who are compassionate to pets and owners.

AVOID this place unless you absolutely have no other option. Their fees are horrendous, and it is hit and miss whether you get a decent vet who will properly diagnose and treat your animal.
THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS. AdelaideVet Trinity Gardens will see animals until midnight, and Animal Emergency in Kurralta Park are also 24/7. If there is ANY chance you can wait until 8am without jeopardising your animal's life, try and use some common sense.
Be aware the vet consult fees are TRIPLE what your vet will charge -- well above $200 for 15 or 20min and you are not getting a specialist vet for that price -- most of the vets I have encountered there are relatively young and inexperienced. The one I got I had trouble communicating with as English wasn't his first language. I can assure you there was no discount for this.
If you have absolutely no other option, keep a VERY close eye on what they estimate the treatment will cost. Ask for an ITEMISED quotation. It's their job to provide it. Be careful what you agree to verbally, because their consent form contains a sneaky line to catch you out if you verbally agree to a service they suggest. I would suggest getting your pet away from this place as soon as daylight hits and taking them to your own vet who knows you and the pet. So don't spend money there on something that could be much cheaper at your own vet if time permits, ie. X-rays. Having said this, be aware that they charge per 12-hours so even if your pet passes away or is discharged after 3 hours, you'll pay the full amount. They really don't care about offering discounts for services they didn't actually provide.
Also if you think it's an obvious problem like a bone is stuck in a dog's throat, or your pet has a known illness and you know what the treatment is that will prop them up til morning (ie. oxygen or pain meds) insist that you see a VET NURSE only -- the Vet Nurses seem to be excellent here in my experience. I don't know whether they would allow this, but you can only ask. It will save you a fair amount of money on the already out-of-this-world fees they charge.
Finally, I would like to say that we called the Clinic Director Jen Philbey to voice our complaint about the vets who saw our cat and why our bill was so much higher than the estimate we signed, and she basically fobbed us off with a lot of talk about protocols then said she "had to go" and hung up. What a prize specimen of compassion and professionalism.
