I was referred as an emergency patient to Dr Tim Silbert by my super lovely general dentist, Dr Keenan Inderjeeth. I absolutely dreaded this appointment to have root canal treatment- I needn’t have worried. Dr Silbert was professional, personable, highly skilled, took the time to explain things fully, checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable at all times and even told terrible jokes. What more could a dental phobia patient need? His nurse and practice staff were all super lovely and caring, too- what a great bunch of ladies. I can honestly say that this was the most positive and reassuring process I have ever had for a dental procedure, let alone nerve pain treatment. Dr Silbert really understands the patient/ doctor relationship and how to put patients at ease, resulting in complete confidence and trust.
