We would highly recommend WA Energy when considering solar power. They are professional, polite and the customer service is excellent. The installers were very considerate of our needs. They are a pleasure to work with.
Today i was operating on strick timeframes due to an important meeting, only to be told by the consultant after i had arrived home that the appointment was not going to happen as planned due to spending too long with another cutomer. Joel said that it can not be helped, only it absolutely can. It is more than reasonable to tell a customer you have another appointment to attend and further questions can be answered via another meeting, phone or email. Wa Energy was a complete waste of my time.
