Worst customer service ever. After making a complaint I got the run around. The blame was placed on me like every other complaint that is made by anyone . The owner is rude,dismissive, won't accept fault and so unhelpful. Stay away. They act so nice at the start but the moment you have an issue the owner turns on you.
See upon your reply you deny straight away. You definitely have received multiple complaints from myself , personally to you. The dishonesty and blame game is unreal.
And yes definitely All- Set Rentals, how rude to question if I was wrong. Definitely sounds like who I spoke with via email and phone. Beware of the owner.
