We were faced with an expensive remediation works for the drainage grates at our Unit complex - I suggested an alternate method to Justin and he took the matter onboard and completed the task in the most professional manner, without any disruption to the occupants and more importantly without disturbing (more costs) the road paving and kerbing next to each pit - a very professional job - well done to Justin and his team.
I do not recommend this company. Was quoted for a job, once the job was completed I recieved an invoice for more then quoted. I request that they honor the quote and was told to bring the job back so they could cut off what they had done. Easily could have gone to consumer affairs. Lovely receptionist, but the "owner" was rude and lacked the ability to resolve the issue professionally. From a business to business point of view I would avoid at all costs.
