Used the drive through this morning to get a coffee. Cappuccino was cold and lacking coffee and the long black was just brown water. Don’t waste your money.
I made a complaint to the store email on my receipt and didn’t get a reply.
Here’s the email.
I’m just wanting to write an email explaining my experience at McDonald's Malvern Springs on 11/11/21 at 7:50pm
We had just finished food shopping and decided to get McDonald’s on the way home - we went in store and had ordered a mcvalue box and a crispy chicken wrap meal. This was ordered at 7:51pm, we waited for 20 minutes and could see a bag of food that Mary (employee) seemed to be in charge of and instead of making our drinks and handing us the meal she had gone on break and ordered on self serve her own dinner.
She was waiting a long time aswell and had someone sort her order out while our food was still waiting on the bench. She knew about the food sitting there as she was the one sorting it out in the first place and left it there to go on her break.
I finally went up to the counter at 8:20pm and Mary stepped up to the counter and I had explained that we had been waiting on our meal to be ready,
She went to check and grabbed the bag that was on the bench for 15 minutes, cold and handed it to me without drinks. I explained to Mary that we have drinks with our order so she went to grab those.
I explained that our food was now cold and although she did say that it could be remade, we couldn’t wait as we had groceries in the car.
We grabbed the bag of food she handed us and drinks and instead of at least apologising she went on to the next customer and dismissed us. We went to the car, checked the food just to make sure our dinner was there and the crispy wrap meal was completely forgotten. We then had to go back inside to retrieve our food and finally after 35 minutes we had our cold food.
We had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. It really does upset us as we just bought a house in the area making this McDonald’s our local.
