Was a first time customer last week and ordered the $38 special. Didn't realise until I got home that I didn't get my bonus 1litre cooldrink. Was not prompted by server to grab drink. Today I went in to order again and politely told server that I didn't get my drink last week and could they please remind customers to grab their drink so this didn't happen to someone else. The server was extremely rude and basically didn't give a s*** and asked what I wanted to order.
At no point did I expect them to offer me the drink but at least apologize and say yes they will remind customers in the future!
