I went there not to ask for support or benefits but for something else. The lady was unprofessional she had no idea what she was doing. Additionally she had these authoritarian tone in her voice to me for no reason . Another lady came to assist her (Same bad manner)
They couldn't find the answer and instead listen to me and read the additional documents and emails I was providing to them, they were ignored me and the documents and talk to me like rubbish. At some point I asked them If I can use my voice recorder to record how they were talking to me. They said NO. THIS IS ILLEGAL
After almost 3 hours that I spent in there (waiting time included) they gave me a phone number from another department to call.
The number was wrong and the guy at the other end of the line couldn't believe that Centrelink gave to me this number which was irrelevant to my case. He gave me finally the right advice and contact number.
Guys, if you have issues with one case please do not be temperamental to the next person or if you are not sure what to do in a case is not a big deal to ask for assistance from one of your colleagues. It's OK. Please be polite and behave as normal people. You are not the masters of the universe.
This is the first time that I wrote something negative in google reviews.
In this case I believe that I have to express my experience because centrelink is not a private business but these rude people get their wages from my taxes.
