NDIS should have more qualified staff. People that actually know what/how the lives of someone with a disability can be improved. Expecting the parents/ care givers to know what they can do is just ridiculous. And when we suggest something the answer is almost always 'we don't fund that, that's your job'. If that's the case then tell us what we the purpose of using this agency is, to avoid the time wasting. I have had a few good experiences with staff there but today was by far the worst! I spoke to the rudest most condescending staff member. Do your job better and stop expecting people that don't work in your agency to know what is expected. Also have more compassion considering you are dealing with the caregiver of a disabled child. If you aren't a compassionate or helpful person work somewhere else!
